Sunday Postscripts: Readings and Such

And we are back from a refreshing (and might I add very awesome) break leaping into September Readings this Thursday, the 13th, where we would hopefully share writings on all things spring like romances and daffodils while wandering along underneath Wordsworth’s lonely clouds (here’s the first verse of the poem for those who are wondering):

I wandered lonely as a cloud
That floats on high o'er vales and hills,
When all at once I saw a crowd,
A host, of golden daffodils;
Beside the lake, beneath the trees,
Fluttering and dancing in the breeze.

Readings will be held at Rumahku Gallery and Cafe who are generous enough to give us private space if we order up to RM300 worth of food. If the turnout is good, that would work out to be about RM20 per person. (For those who would love to join us please rsvp here or email Joanne at joanne.nayagam at gmail.com.)

We have also kickstarted KL Stories, so if you are an aspiring writer or an artist, check out the page and jump on board!

On another note, here’s a little something something for those who like music. Trick Mammoth produces some lovely tunes. Check it out here.

Oh and we now have a Tumblr, so on the days where we’re not on here, we’d be sharing some snippets there.

Have a great week!
